What You'll Do
- Design clear end-to-end workflows for complex document and automation products.
- Partner with product and engineering from early exploration through shipped work.
- Turn user research and product requirements into thoughtful interfaces and prototypes.
- Contribute to and improve shared design systems and component patterns.
- Test ideas with users and iterate based on what you learn.
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UI and UX design skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience designing B2B SaaS products.
- Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
Additional Experience That Can Help
- Motion design skills.
