What You'll Do
  • Onboard customers and help them adopt the product successfully.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal conversations.
  • Provide product training and practical guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with support, product, and sales teams.
What We're Looking For
  • Customer success or account management experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical aptitude and an interest in learning complex software.
  • A data-informed approach to customer health.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers.
Additional Experience That Can Help
  • SaaS industry experience.
  • Project management certification.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
  • Training or education experience.
