$150,000 to $190,000 per year
What You'll Do
  • Design, train, and evaluate models for document understanding and processing.
  • Build production workflows for OCR, NLP, and computer vision use cases.
  • Improve model quality, latency, reliability, and observability.
  • Partner with product and engineering to turn research into useful capabilities.
  • Document experiments, decisions, and production behavior clearly.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong background in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries.
  • Understanding of NLP and computer vision.
  • Experience deploying ML models to production.
Additional Experience That Can Help
  • An advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Published research.
  • Document AI experience.
  • Cloud ML platform experience.
